Shane will be presenting at the 2015 Rapid Solutions Risk Management Conference
This conference has been designed to expand industry knowledge and keep participants up-to-date with the latest developments in the pest management and building inspection industries, providing a great opportunity to make connections and share ideas with others in the field.
The conference will be held on 14th and 15th of August 2015 and will feature over 40 presentations from key figures in the pest management and building inspection industries. Since the inaugural Rapid Solutions Risk Management Conference in 2004 the event has grown to it's current position as one of the largest in the Asia Pacific region.
Shane Clarke will be presenting on “How to turn an angry customer into an advocate”, explaining Pestforce’s unique business philosophy. He will explain what to do when, as he says “when the client is coming through the phone perhaps claiming the job has been a failure, making all sorts of threats. Your heart rate increases, sweat is forming on the brow and words seem to be blunt weapons against the attack that seems never ending. We have all experienced the rantings of the very angry client. Most of us fear them. We pay for insurance as defence against them and do our best to minimise this perceived threat to our business.”.
